Underground Vineyards is a special boutique winery that artistically expresses our unique experiences, yet embraces the common lessons and wisdom all these lifestyles provide. 1) AD VITA (to Life), wines that exemplify living to the fullest "Who, What, When, Where, How and sometimes Why" (some things are self explanatory!) 2) AD MARE (to Love) wines that honor our past, adhere's to the present and is adament in belief for the future! 3) AD AMICCI (to friends) from the spirit of Agape to "the ties that bind" like family. In living out these concepts, we exemplify our values on our journey with Gratitude!

Our Sauvignon Blanc travels from seed to your table where ever it may be, enticing the pallet with a fresh crispness and finishing on a subtle note of sweetness. The Hero's Journey ($35.00) pays tribute to the heroes who have impacted our lives past, present and/or future! (Included in your purchase is a keepsake chart of the Hero's Journey 12 steps). One Good Habit($35.00) is a fresh and fruity blend of varietal red berries creating a harmonious balance of wonderful flavors. It is an acknowledgement of the wonderful teachers and mentors who instilled the belief "the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things unseen" in ourselves and others!

So whatever your passion may be, this vintage reminds us of the love we get when we make time for ourselves and others. *Disclaimer: It may be better than the movie! Our Genesis 1:31 Cabernet Reserve”($105.00) is our inaugural offering which makes this special vintage the one of choice for special celebrations and memorable gatherings.“ It denotes of woodsy flavors, cedar, herbs and black currant like the origins of people, places and things with the understanding "it was good." Heavy, full body and complex this is a selection that makes it's mark.
AD AMICCI
Ms. Lovely's Moscato ($30.00) is a ripe, mature, full flavor bouquet freshness derived from the muscat grapes, peaches and orange blossoms, yet not overly sweet. Whether you need "just a moment for yourself" or time with a friend or two, this is must, to have on hand. Sicut Inter Nos -Just Between Us- ($48.00) is a Pinot Noir is a dry light, complex wine with a herbaceous nature and wonderful combination of flavor. Inspired by an act of kindness without fanfare or accolades, this is a symbolic gesture that reminds us that giving is greater than receiving!
